Employees
This module hosts all the data about employees and integrates with other modules like skills and contracts to generate a complete profile of the employee and manage their contracts information.
Payroll
This module is used to provide complete breakup of employee's salary data and extensively manages salary rules, emoluments and other related information. It generates pay-slips based on wages/salary based on hours worked or monthly basis
Expenses
This module is used to manage employee expenses occurring during his day to day job activities like lunches, travels and are subsequently reimbursed through a proper approval workflow.
Attendance
This module controls the daily attendance of employees and can also be integrated with a kiosk based time management system.
Time-off
This module manages the time-off taken by employees including sick-leaves, casual leaves, annual leaves, paid or un-paid leaves, etc.
In addition to the above modules covering the basic HR activities, Odoo also provides modules for employee recruitment, appraisals, fleet management, etc.
