Sales

This module is the basic sales app for Odoo. It creates a typical sales workflow initiated by creating a quotation for the customer which transforms into a sales order once it is confirmed and finally a delivery order and invoice is generated to complete the workflow. This module is integrated with Inventory app. to create the quotes/sales order for respective products or services. It provides useful analytics for the sales team and higher management to review the sales figures.

CRM

The CRM module is used for managing the sales pipeline for various sales teams. It is integrated with website and marketing apps as leads may be generated from the website/social site visitors and they may transform into qualified opportunities. Leads may be won or lost and total revenue projected for all the visible opportunities. Various analytics are available to visualize the projected sales in different regions, departments or time periods.
